

Smoked Salmon Dip
If your mum loves a grazing board, then she will be sure to love this recipe. Don’t forget to serve with her favourite glass of bubbles!
Ingredients:
- 150g hot smoked salmon (skin removed)
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1.5 tbsp light sour cream
- ¼ red onion (diced)
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp picked dill
- 2 baby cucumbers
- 100g smoked salmon
- Crackers to serve
Method:
- Shred the hot smoked salmon in a bowl using a fork
- Add the greek yoghurt, sour cream, red onion, squeeze of one lemon wedge, salt, pepper and dill. Place mixture covered in the fridge until ready to serve
- Finely slice the baby cucumbers and cut the lemon into 15 mini wedges
- When ready to eat, assemble the salmon dip in a heart shape, decorate the outside with smoked salmon, cucumber, & lemon
- Serve with crackers and enjoy!
